Superficial radiation therapy offers non-surgical treatment options to office-based dermatology practices to expand patient care for non-melanoma skin cancers, such as basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma, and to reduce keloid recurrence post-operatively. In this clinical education event, Dr. Steven Davis, medical director of The Dermatology & Laser Center of San Antonio, discusses his use of superficial radiation therapy to treat keloids post-operatively. Dr. Davis also reviews his current protocol and patient selection criteria and present several cases.
