In this study, Beam Size Limit for Pencil Minibeam Radiotherapy Determined from Side Effects in an In-Vivo Mouse Ear Model, SARRP enabled researchers to utilize single minibeam irradiation, down to 0.5mm in diameter, along with adaptable beam energy and filtration. The SARRP also easily keeps all other experiment parameters constant.
