In the study, Minibeam Radiation Therapy at a Conventional Irradiator: Dose-Calculation Engine and First Tumor-Bearing Animals Irradiation, SARRP was modified for MBRT experiments. Researchers had the chance to conduct systematic and comprehensive radiobiological experiments evaluating the distinct biological effects that occur when using spatial fractionation of the dose.
